You’re doing all the things—but are they the things that matter?

Join Liz Ryan, educator, coach, and toddler mom, for a workshop to confront how you’re spending your time and build a plan to realign your days with what matters most to you.

Let’s talk about Values-Based Time Management

If your calendar is packed but your days leave you feeling scattered, stuck, or just plain tired… you’re not alone!

As busy professionals (and parents!), we’re constantly juggling. And let’s be honest: balls get dropped. But what if we paused long enough to choose which ones to set down with care instead of letting them fall?

This workshop is a space to do exactly that. A space to stop sprinting through the to-do list long enough to ask: Is this how I want to spend my time? Do my days reflect what I actually value?

In this 60-minute guided workshop, you’ll:

  • Audit your time to see where it’s really going

  • Name your core values and articulate what lights you up and keeps you grounded

  • Create a values-based plan for your time to start aligning your daily actions with what matters most

This isn’t about productivity or cramming more into our finite calendars. It’s about clarity, alignment, and giving yourself permission to let go of what no longer fits—so you can make space for what does.

Whether you're in a season of growth, transition, or simply feeling overwhelmed by a packed calendar, this workshop will help you reset and move forward with intention. Let’s make sure you can spend more time doing what you love with the people you love.

  • “Liz's workshop was such a breath of fresh air in the time management space. Like most of us, I'm often stressed about how much is on my plate and how to get it all done, and I find it hard to even carve out time to think about a better approach. Cue Liz!

Liz's workshop was practical, eye-opening, and 100% shame-free (so rare and important!). I walked away with a clearer sense of where I actually want to be spending my time and how to fit in the things that matter to me. I couldn't recommend this session more!”

  • “Liz is a magician in helping you connect your time to what matters most to you. During her workshop, I uncovered unique insights about where I spend my time and, with that visual, was able to shift to more closely align with my values. It gave me permission I needed to make the change.”

  • “I'm so glad I attended Liz's workshop on values-based time management. I had been feeling rushed and scrambled, and I knew I wasn't using my time in an aligned way. Through her workshop, I was able to note which time block surprisingly was aligned but felt indulgent, what matters to me and how I can prioritize that in concrete ways. I identified simple changes to my boundaries and schedules that are great ways to include my values in my calendar regularly, as well as saying no to things that don't without guilt. Thanks, Liz!”

  • “Liz provides an engaging, practical approach to a complex topic. I walked away with a shifted mindset and tactical next steps to better align precious time to my values.”

  • “This workshop helped affirm that I do mostly spend my time in alignment with my values, and that there are some tweaks I can make to achieve personal goals that have been on the back burner. Thank you Liz for the practical tools and space to reflect!”
