I’m so glad you’re here.
When I was a bright-eyed 22-year-old teaching 4th grade and training for my first half-marathon, I stumbled into a yoga class down the street from my apartment. I had no idea what I was doing, but I left that class breathing deeper, feeling stronger, and just a little more like myself.
Since then, yoga has been one of the most reliable tools in my toolkit. It has helped me process tough days in the classroom, recover from long runs, and regulate my nervous system when everything felt like a lot. Over time, it became an essential component of my weeks.
I love using yoga and gentle movement to support the other activities I adore—running, skiing, swimming, hiking, all the classic PNW hits—and finding creative, realistic ways to fit it into my busy days.
I got certified as a yoga teacher in 2020, deep in the quiet of lockdown, and started teaching as soon as it was safe to gather again. These days, I teach to build strength and community, to create space for breath and presence, and to support people in showing up for the rest of their lives with a little more ease.

Move Your Way: Private Session
$165 | 45 minutes
A one-on-one session tailored to your goals, body, and energy. We’ll work on what matters most to you—whether that’s building strength, gaining flexibility, or simply taking a deep breath.
Add a friend (or two) for $15 per person (up to 3 total).
Great for a reset, accountability boost, or trying something new.
Strong Foundations: 3-Session Bundle
$455 | Three 45-minute sessions
Designed for deeper progress over time. We’ll build habits, tweak the practice as you go, and develop a sustainable routine that fits your lifestyle.
Add coaching for encouragement and accountability between sessions (optional)
Ideal if you’re easing back in, building a consistent routine, or want structure + support over a few weeks.
